Uzi’s fans are concerned about the rapper’s dance with the devil.
Once in a while pitifully abnormal things simply happen and ll you can truly do is roll with it. That is a thought Lil Uzi Vert acknowledged when one fan flung a Bible in front of an audience as he played out his multi-platinum single, “Xo Tour Llif3,” in a show this previous weekend
One fan felt the need to bring Christian scripture to Uzi’s show at the Xfinity Theater in Hartford, Connecticut and get it into the rapper’s hands by any means possible. Seemingly entertained by the gesture, Uzi smiled, picked up the book and flipped through it as he performed. A true satanist probably would have ripped up or burned the copy on the spot, so it seems that Uzi’s soul could be saved after all.
In the video from the incident, we can see the “Introvert ” rapper sliding across stage as he belts out the lyrics to the song. The randomness of it all and the sight of Uzi crooning a bitter breakup song while holding the sacred text actually adds a dense layer of humor to the whole thing.
Last we heard, Lil Uzi Vert was planning to release his Eternal Atake album, which seemingly pays homage to the Heaven’s Gate suicide cult, something that has just extended the unusual intrigues around his name.
